“We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, in a very rural location but not too far from a town with supermarket. The property owners/hosts were a very nice couple who visited us each day to see that everything was okay, provide treats/reading material and a chance to practice our poor French. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet but they made sure the heating was working well.The only quibble with the listing description on VRBO is that it says that there is internet whereas there……

“We had a lovely stay in the countryside. The chalet is charming from the outside and modern form the inside. Fully furnished, we didn't miss a single thing. It's in a quiet area, but Gannat, Vichy is nearby. Also Clermont-Ferrand, the chaine de puys and Le Pal are easy to reach. We enjoyed the garden and old stable with games. ”

“Ci joint un extrait de la réponse adressée au prestataire.Particulièrement déçus des prestations nous avons devancé notre départ. Un lave vaisselle H S déposé dans un coin de la cuisine, moquette du séjour tachée, déchirée, poussiéreuse, couverts en nombre insuffisant, disparates,( la maison est prévue pour 8 personnes ? ) ménage indigne par rapport au coût demandé 90 euros ? éclairage extérieur ne fonctionnant pas, aucun présent d'accueil,( une boîte de pastilles Vichy n'est pas onéreuse)……
