Hello Beverly, Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am not sure if you were not able to see the fridge that had the hard boiled eggs in them ? but we have had hard boiled eggs at breakfast for many years. We also have a breakfast attendant that can assist with any questions or refill the station if it was empty. I am sorry you missed out on the eggs but if you plan to return we are happy to show you the location of the eggs. We hope you had a safe travel and look forward to welcoming you back in the future

Hello Keith, Our aplogies that you had these noise issues. Were you able to contact the front desk when these issues were happening? Front desk team is great as asking other to keep it down and also doing outside walk arounds to keep the parking lot safe and noise free. May I ask if you were able to contact the Front Desk when you noticed the issue ? was a room change offered to you ? We have sent the maintenance team in to have a look and handle any bug issues that they see . We also call in an outside professional company to take a look when these things come up. Hello Stephanie, I would like to start off by apologizing for your poor experience . This is not how we want our guests to enjoy the time at the Super 8. It looks like you made the booking with e 3rd party and some of these companies do not explain the pet policy very well as they are not on site. The Super 8 website does explain that we have limited rooms that are pet friendly. We have certain procedure's in place to protect the hotel product and not have it ruined specially in the upgraded suites . The Super 8 is set for a room refresh this year and will include new beds along with new bathrooms and furniture.
