「Location of unit was on a quiet family farm close to town. Unit was brand new and super clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a bit awkward. Communication with host was superb and rates were the most reasonable in that area. I would highly recommend! 」

「My partner, dog and I came to sugar island to experience a new place in the UP and we will certainly be returning to Sweet Retreat!! Sheri and Jeff were the most accommodating of hosts and truly go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and fun. We used the bikes on the property and were lucky enough to take a pontoon cruise with the hosts our last night. The cabin was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We can’t wait to come back!」

「From the moment I walked in it felt like home. The room had an old time vibe with a velvet settee, leather upholstered chairs and a large palm in the corner.The kitchenette was stocked with essentials for minimum cooking but include a induction cooktop with pan. Nice mini fridge, coffe pot and microwave as well. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding too. For my needs I am extremely happy with the lodgings and would go back when the occasion arises.I must...
