"Great stay - the proprietor was extremely helpful . These people know how to run a hotel. Meticulous eye for detail and everything was very easy. Storage and charging for our bikes in their garage and ice cold water to get us thru the hot weather. Room was in very good condition and all amenities were working and functioning."

"Concept de location sur la Loire très original avec vue magnifique. Excellente literie.Nous avons regretté l'absence d'un téléviseur durant les soirées pluvieuses.Deux places de parking devraient être réservées pour les occupants des 2 bateaux mis à la location. En effet un hôtel Mercure se trouvant à 200 mètres, ses clients se garent en face des bateaux et monopolisent les rares places de parking."

"Hotel is in an excellent location, handy to historical centre. We booked the room based on having air conditioning, which it had but it didn’t work. So room was too hot and impacted sleep. Room had no fridge. When we asked for an ice bucket to cool drinks this was reluctantly provided. Reception lady said we needed to buy drinks from bar rather than drink our own. When travelling on a budget this is our choice as to how we drink. On Saturday morning street sweeper and garbage trucks run early so it’s hard to sleep in. Wifi was good."

"Stayed one night. In my opinion, this property does not match the level of quality I usually associate with Best Western hotels in the US. The room felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty, and the curtain was partially off the window when we arrived.. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, there was plenty of street parking nearby, and the reception staff were very kind and welcoming."
