This was a perfectly fine hotel for a quick two-night stay in the area. It was conveniently located right next to a Dunkin' Donuts, making the morning coffee run super easy. The hotel itself was under renovations, so there was a lot of construction stuff around. That said, the hotel was amazingly quiet, so I was able to sleep soundly both nights. The attached restaurant is a solid option for a quick meal if you don't have time to drive out to Newport. I was very happy with my dinner there on one of the evenings. While it's by no means a 4 or 5-star hotel, this was a great option for me. Pretty clean and quite, and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Friendly staff and check in. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet so had to change rooms. Second room was better, refrigerator was not work on the second room. Renovations were on going so some construction noise was present as early as 8:12 am when we were assured that it would start after 9am. The beds and pillows in the room were new (feet like it). Overall, it was fine. I would consider a different property in the future if there was renovations on going.
