"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. "Definitely recommend the inside balcony rooms, especially during the colder months. It was so great having a place to chill and drink wine. Unless you valet, there is free parking, just couldn't figure out a good way to get into the hotel without walking around the building. Did not get a chance to check out the food, but the spa was top-notch. We had a great girls weekend!"
