「The facility and room were clean, but that’s only good thing about this “boutique” Inn.
There is no insulation so you can hear everything, I mean “everything.”
They charge you $30 parking/day which they did not disclose on their listing. There was no A/C in the building, which also not mentioned at the time of booking. The room faces into the easement and with no screen, you cannot even open windows. “The view” from our room was plumbing pipes and weeds. We woke up with leak from upstairs...

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I ’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
