Mountain vacation

Great cabin, very peaceful. Didn’t like the driveway in the rain it’s extremely steep. Overall a great stay.

Wow!!

The cabin was top notch clean! The location was perfect access to all the waterfalls and parks we visited. The driveway is very steep, but we had no problems with our big truck. The outside deck was a bonus for the extension of outdoor entertainment. We didn’t want to leave. They provide everything a person needs, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Lovely little spot in the mountains!

Enjoyed our stay! Two things would have made it better; softer sheets and, as silly as it sounds, it would have been nice for the kitchen to have salt and pepper.

Deer Crossing Beauty

This was a fantastic place. Comfortable bed, furniture and atmosphere. Loved the deck fireplace. Jacuzzi was awesome. Water fall by the jacuzzi and tub was a nice touch. Will be returning.

Perfect escape

The deer crossing cabin is beautifully situated in the north Georgia mountains far enough away from Helen for peace and quiet but close enough for entertainment and convenience. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well laid out. We are looking forward to another trip soon!

Great getaway.

This is a wonderful property. Sitting on the deck is like sitting in a tree house. And the views are marvelous. Oh, and the sauna and hot tub, also on the deck, is a real plus. Just a note, if you plan to bring wine or alcohol be sure to bring your own glasses. Kitchen needs a few new additions to the glassware.

Great little romantic spot

Nice cabin for my lady and I, not anymore than a couple, hot tub, sauna and pool table, but we would have liked to find some coffee for the coffee pot and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Also when they say the driveway is steep ITS STEEP, get a running start at the bottom.

Perfect for a couple

We will definitely be back to this property. Perfect for a couple to get away for a few days. Quiet and private. Comfortable bed. Suggest the owner take an inventory of the silverware, plates, glasses, etc. Time for a total replacement. Showing wear and short a number of pieces. Hot tub did not seem clean and no information left by management company on whether the water had been replaced or what the cleaning process is. I asked that question in an email a few weeks before arrival but did not get an answer. The back porch is amazing ... just uneasy about Hot Tub.

Very nice cabin, the layout is very nice. The balcony was awesome until we got swarm by Hornets about 20. Killed about 6 in cabin. Got in touch with guest service and was asked if we needed someone to come out and no one never came out to help us. Our last night was horrible. I booked this cabin for my boyfriend birthday and our last night was fighting hornets. I read that chlorine attracts hornets and we did uncovered hottub and hit in it. But that was too much.

Quiet

Overall it was a nice cabin. Hot tub instructions were a little vague and we weren’t able to use it the 2nd night cause we couldn’t get it back to the temperature. Finally figured it out the next day. Needs a little updating with the bedding and couches and pillows. Pool table is worn out so all the balls roll to one side. View was nice and the outside area was nice as well. We didn’t have any toilet paper, but had 2 rolls of paper towels. In my opinion, if you are paying that much for a cabin a roll or 2 of toilet paper should be included.

The Pictures Don't Do It Justice! A Rare Find Indeed :)

To call this a "cute, cozy cabin" is an understatement. The pictures on the listing are in need of updating because this cabin is spacious and gorgeous! They certainly did some upgrades that you'll love. From the large windows, to the tall ceilings, and the open floorplan, I was blown away by how beautiful this cabin is. I've stayed at many cabins and this is easily in my top tier. The cabin provides everything you'd need if you are a solo traveler or with a special someone. It's secluded enough and the view is breathtaking (especially when you're laying in bed, you can see the mountainside directly out of the large windows), also the bed is very comfy. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cabin cooking with the basics of spices. There are other reviews on here about the drive way being too steep. It's not bad if you're used to a little mountain driving. I can see how a nervous driver in a smaller car with bald tires in the rain would seem a little wary, but know your destination and your vehicle lol. The driveway is inclined, but just fine. Now back to the cabin, the hot tub was nice, the fireplace(s) were useful, and the gill was small, but clean and it had a full tank. The cleanliness of this cabin was perfect, and the added features of the TWO waterfalls you get was such a tranquil touch. Lastly, the Vacasa agency made this stay seamless. They made everything easy and kept us informed via text of each of the check in/out processes without feeling like they were impeding on our trip. I really enjoyed my stay here and I suggest you give this one a shot. I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised like we were. Enjoy your vacay! :)

Cozy, Remote Getaway; Close to Helen

The cabin had a lot of nice amenities, such as a state of the art shower, hot tub, beautiful views, and a nice pool table for entertainment. The location was remote enough for privacy and breathtaking nature views, but close enough for a short drive to Helen. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

10/10...perfect cabin for two people

Wonderful cabin with huge windows and vaulted ceiling., great view. Wished it was the cool time of year so we could have used the 2 fire places..having another TV in bedroom was a plus. The driveway is steep! Some people might need to be aware of about ten steps up to the door. We loved this cabin!

Vacation getaway

The cabin is gorgeous. From the amenities to the incredible view, it just doesn’t get any better. The cabin was very clean, but could have used a good dusting on the fans and upper ledges. The bed is comfortable and we appreciated the king sized pillows. We did not use the hot tub, but it was nice to have the option. The driveway is steep, and a little intimidating, but we had no trouble going up or down in our SUV. Overall, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay and plan on returning as soon as we are able!

Beautiful view.

Wife and I went for our wedding anniversary. Awesome hot tub with beautiful views. Nothing like starting off the morning with a cup of coffee and a fantastic mountain sunrise. Then finishing up the night with beers and a stunning mountain sunset.

Birthday weekend

This cabin has it all. Perfect for just 2 people. Stayed there 3/8-3/11/25. Outdoor fireplace on the deck was perfect for those chilly nights. Sauna takes a few minutes to get temps up but very relaxing when they do. Go from hot tub to sauna and it's great. Grill is small but mighty. 2 taters and 2 ribeyes with room to spare Nice view from back deck. Water feature in the bedroom is a nice touch. Takes a minute to get going so be patient. Hot tub waterfeature is nice too. Had to add water to it to get it going. Wonder if previous tenants thought maybe it just didn't work but it does. Hose right underneath so filling tank is a breeze. Never could find the dang squirrel lol. Gotta stay there to find out what that means. All others located.
