Great Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unicoi Pines is a great stay. Close to Helen, and a short drive from lots of other parks and attractions. The staff at Georgia Mountain Rentals was helpful and attentive. Just be aware, the driveway to the cabin is a bit challenging! Overall 10/10 stay.

We had a very prompted response from the Georgia Rent company which manage the cabin. The cabin is an excellent choice for a family of four. Its location is ideal, conveniently situated near the town, park, and restaurant. We received a prompt response from the Georgia Rent company, which manages the cabin.

Communication needs work

We got there at 8 pm. We were unable to get in our cabin due to the door being locked and the codes not working. We waited until 10:30 pm before anyone made it out to let us in. The guy who let us in, was kind. However the lady who was talking to us on the phone said to call her back if he didn’t make it within 10-15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, then tried to reach out. She then blocked my number and we were just stuck waiting an additional hour before their maintenance guy made it. We were weren’t blowing her phone up at all, we were told “maybe she’s with her family”. We felt like we “inconvenienced” her even though we only called her once. Again, the maintenance guy was nice. The low rating is due to us being blocked and not knowing what was going on. Everything else was great.
