Our Continued Commitment to Cleanliness and Safety - the Housekeeping Team members have been properly trained to clean our condo. We thoroughly research all products and chemicals to ensure that we clean our condo to the highest standard, following recommendations from the CDC. Before guest arrival, our team will sanitize and disinfect all areas, including bathrooms and "high-touch" points in the property. The disinfectants and sanitizers our housekeeping team uses can help contain and prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses, per the CDC and EPA. Our trained housekeeping staff uses the best hygiene practices at all times. The safety of our guests and housekeeping staff is our top priority.

We have two luxurious refreshing pools and a large hot tub on site - both are steps from the front door. The covered balcony overlooks one of the pools & is the perfect place to relax in the shade.

Our condo has two covered parking spaces which are right next to a private elevator for easy access to Unit 319. Brass Rail Villas is a gated community & is heavily monitored for your safety & security.

When you rent our condo, you will have access to a private storage room located in the parking area for all your beach gear. We provide some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and plenty of sand toys for the kids. Guests at Latitude Adjustment 319 will have 2 Beach Cruisers provided to bike through Tybee in style!

We are 100 yards from fun and sun on the beach and a short walk to Tybee's Historic Pier, famous restaurants and signature shopping areas.

The plush, elegant master bedroom has a king size bed and a 42 inch LED TV with DVD player. It includes an entrance to the condo's private balcony overlooking one of the relaxing swimming pools. The master bathroom has two vanities, Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. Enjoy your vacation in a spa like atmosphere.

One guest room is furnished with a queen size bed with a 42 inch TV and DVD player, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a 32 inch LED TV. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku/SmartTV's for all streaming needs.

All of the beds include plush mattress toppers for the ultimate comfort while relaxing on your vacation.

The state of the art kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

The condo features an open floor plan that is set up for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Our living room features a new 55 inch QLED Smart TV, along with a BlueRay player, for our guest's entertainment. The living room is also your gateway to the beautiful views from the balcony. The large balcony area has a spacious sitting area to enjoy the breath taking views and enjoy the salty airs of your beach-side retreat.

The stylish dining room seats 8 people plus there are 3 barstools for additional seating at the bar overlooking the modern kitchen.

This condo features bamboo hardwood floors throughout to allow for less time worrying about sand, and more time enjoying the vacation with your family.

Other important amenities in the condo, include a new full size washer & dryer, Keurig, Coffee Pot, WiFi, child's pack n play, highchair, and a brand new gas grill. We also have two inflatable beds available for use.

Delicious food, beautiful beach, entertainment and shopping is right around the corner. Almost everything on the Island is walking distance from our condo! Some great local cuisine and hole-in the wall gems at your convenience.

Tybee Island is only a 20 minute drive to Historic Savannah, River Street and City Market. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation while having access to the beautiful and historic city of Savannah, GA.

Please know that there is NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED & NO HOUSE PARTIES. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
