Nice Balwin Park Location

Walking distance to two parks. Backyard and deck great place/atmosphere for family interaction/ guests. Office lets in ample morning sunshine. Nice bright/quiet room for working or participating in Zoom meetings. Neighbors very friendly!! Loved my stay.

Sublime in Savannah

This lovely home is nestled in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood with wide streets and Spanish moss overhanging the sidewalks. The location couldn't be more perfect. It's walking distance to world-class burgers, postcard-worthy parks, and the Savannah Bananas' Grayson Stadium. A longer walk, short drive, or Uber will get you to the heart of Old Savannah and the Riverfront with its livelier bars and restaurants (if that's your speed). And if that isn't enough, in the other direction, Tybee Island is about 25 minutes away by car. The house itself has everything you could want in a vacation spot or long-term rental. Character and charm abound. Plus there's office space, separate TVs if the kids and parents split off for evening entertainment, and I can't tell you how much I loved the backyard. Fully privacy-fenced, it has a cozy covered seating area, separate BBQ space, and a fire pit. Just the right size and vibe for my vacation needs. LOVED spending time out there even on warmer days thanks to the overhead fan and magic mosquito-disappearing machine. (Tip: flip the switch for the string lights and you're good to go!) This is a home I will happily return to again and again. I never seem to get enough of Savannah and have now found the perfect spot to serve as home base while I continue to explore.

A little slice of paradise

I cannot say enough good things about this property, from the quality of the sheets and towels to how beautifully it’s decorated. It feels like a rental property as far as not feeling like it’s someone else’s house, but at the same time incredibly cozy and comfortable. The master bedroom, which is loft style was terrific and very large. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the set up in the backyard for very peaceful evenings. Savannah was also a terrific place to visit and a gorgeous city.
