Beautiful top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center of Savannah's Historic District. On Abercorn Street north of Liberty Street. Walking distance to everything! Steps away from the Perry Lane Hotel, J. Christopher's, Drayton Towers, Hitch, McDonough's Pub, and tons of other shops, restaurants and museums. Across the street from the historic landmark Colonial Park Cemetery.
King bedroom with soaring ceilings overlooking Abercorn Street. 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Pullout Queen Sofa in Living Room. One Full Bathroom off hallway convenient for the group. Kitchen with coffee maker. Private Laundry in unit. $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Cozy and close
Loved staying in a local historic property. Check in and out was easy. Doors were not a problem. One parking spot was perfect. We walked everywhere with no problems. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We slept 6 adults comfortably. An extra mirror or two in the place would be helpful.

Great location
This is a great location in the heart of Savannah, perfect for our family to attend a college visit at SCAD and explore the city on foot. In unit laundry was awesome. Only request would be extra blankets. It got chilly at night and we would have appreciated them.

Great place and location!
Wonderful apartment and great location! We loved it! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with checking out as their Internet connection was not working properly. We had a hard time contacting them but when we did, it was taken care of. Other than that, everything was great and will stay again. Highly recommended!

Good location
Good location. We could walk to most places we wanted to go. It would be nice to have a mirror other than the one in the bathroom, for example one on back of bedroom doors would be good. The only downside is the one bathroom, but nothing unexpected for our vacation.

Nice location with lots of space…but bring mirrors
Seriously, bring your own mirrors if you are traveling with more than one person! We had 4 girls with only one mirror in the bathroom. This apartment was in a great location and had LOTS of room inside to spread out which was incredibly nice! One other down side we had plan to cook a meal or two there but there were only two small pans and one was very dented and could not be used. We ended up going out for all our meals due to the lack of kitchen equipment. The beds where very comfortable and I loved that we had an abundance of pillows! The stairs in the back were quite scary going down because of how steep they were and the fact that it was about 3ft wide. Over all very nice place and would consider staying here again!

Perfect spot for exploring
Our family had a fantastic visit at this location. Great spot within walking distance of just about everything Savannah has to offer, and it was great having the parking space for when we did need to venture further out.

Awesome historic house in a great location
This apartment is located right across the street from the city's historic cemetary. It was within walking distance of tons of great shops and restaurants. The apartment is small but well laid out. As this is a second story apartment, keep in mind there are lots of stairs. It was definitely nice having a designated parking spot! Plan to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only a small hotel size bottle of each is provided, but everything else you could need is there.
