Nicely appointed Modern 2 bdrm/ 1 bath condo in the heart of the Victorian Starland District of Savannah.
Adorable 1st floor, Open Plan, unit offers 900 sq ft w/ 12' ceilings that's perfect for mini vacay's or extended stays. This Circa 1912 building comes fully equipped with modern amenities, a dedicated office/work area alongside large open spaces with kitchen and bath that are stocked and ready for use. Plus, an outdoor courtyard and single off street parking space for your convenience. Located in a transitioning hip diverse urban area of downtown Savannah that is walking distance to many SCAD buildings, local eateries, bars and shops like Starland Yard, Victory North and all the local delights along the Bull Street corridor and just minutes' drive from downtown Savannah and the Riverfront area.
Just and FYI before booking, our property is non-smoking, not pet friendly & not available for families traveling with children under the age of 15.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cornerstone West for Christmas! The condo was very suitable for our needs. It was comfortable and well-equipped for our weeklong visit in Savannah. Location is convenient for sightseeing and returning back to this quiet comfortable spot!

Weekend trip

Check-in was a breeze. Unit was very clean and as pictured. There is some nice quirkiness to it. The neighborhood looks like it is being revitalized. We were able to walk to dinner at Starland Yard and breakfast at Flora and Fauna which was great. There is new construction on the lot behind the unit so it was a little loud in the morning. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear the people in the unit next to ours talking when we went to bed. But overall it is a good space and very comfortable.

Perfect location from River Street and Broughton. Close enough to walk if you want, but also a quick and easy drive if you want to park a little closer to everything. House was clean and well-maintained!

Perfect Savannah Home Base

Our son attends SCAD and is housed close by in Montgomery Hall. This location is very convenient to his dorm, easy access to highway and a quick jaunt to downtown area. The condo was clean and everything was in working order.
