This apartment is in the south historic district just steps from Forsythe Park. Safe & within easy walking distance to River Street & Broughton Street. Fully furnished top floor apt in a historic 1853 downtown location. Safe area overlooking Chatham Park. In-unit washer/dryer, air conditioned, and beautifully decorated w/new kitchen. Courtyard in the rear. Convenient walk to the river and historic neighborhoods. This is a 30-60 day short stay unit, beginning Dec 1, 2022.
