This single-level home is the perfect hub for an unforgettable getaway, strategically positioned halfway between the charm of Downtown Savannah and the pristine shores of Tybee Island. With a quick 10-minute drive in either direction, you can immerse yourself in the historic allure of River Street or sink your toes into the sandy beaches of North Tybee.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, and the pool. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details. **Note: please do not access the storage shed or the locked internal closets - they hold the properties' supplies and linen.
*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space is treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed without prior coordination with the host.
The Neighborhood: The property sits on Quarterman Dr, just halfway between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach.
It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay.
We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is very close to highway 80, so you will likely hear some traffic noise around typical commuting times - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!
There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
Getting Around: The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island (10-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Kroger (with Starbucks and a Bar) grocery store approximately three minutes from the house.
In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
Other Things to Note: We ask that the space and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!

You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!
You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and check-in instructions will be sent to you via the app at 3pm on the day of your arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.
You can park up to six vehicles in the carport and driveway for free. Please, no parking on the street or the grass.
The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
