Luxury on Lincoln is a beautiful property in the heart of the historic district. It is walkable to everything. The layout of the bedrooms provides for plenty of privacy and the patio is a perfect place for morning coffee. The rental company was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Savannah Fun

Great property in historic area so can walk to restaurants, river spots and shopping. Construction was a distraction but didn’t really bother us. House well equipped and spotless. Great place to stay

Very pleasant and comfortable.

Only negative was the street noise across the street at 1790 Restaurant and Bar from the front bedroom. It did subside around 11 pm. Other than that, everything was awesome and as advertised.

Perfect Location

This property is absolutely lovely and spacious. The location is perfect and is walking distance to many of the places you will want to visit while in Savannah. Parking is on the street , so that does present a little work on the guest's part, but once you get the hang of it, it is not so bad. I would suggest bringing one dollar bills in case the meter's credid card feature doesn't work.

Fantastic

Loved it! The location was perfect. Close to everything and easily walkable even for my 70 yr old sister. Hop on Hop off stopped one block from the house which was handy. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and the backyard patio was a quiet retreat. No noisy neighbors and minimal street noise. Don’t bother to pack umbrellas, as the house provides 4 in an entry stand. Bonus! Check-in and out was seamless. Highly recommend.

Prime location

Great location, very close to Broughton street and River street. The property is absolutely beautiful and more than comfortable for 4 people. Property is well maintained, secure, and oozing with southern charm. Beds are comfortable and furniture is in great condition. Kitchen is well stocked. There is no private parking but we had no problem finding street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. A couple minor things- there were dirty cup rings on several dressers and counter tops...something I wouldn't expect with a cleaning fee of a couple hundred dollars. The linens also aren't sufficient- 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per guest for the entire stay just isn't enough.

Management/Listing Misleading but Townhome is Nice

This home is very nice, clean, and in a good location. It’s obvious the owners have put a lot of effort into its upkeep. However, potential renters should beware if you expect fair treatment from the management. My husband and I stayed with one other couple to celebrate a 40th birthday, and we were without air conditioning upstairs (where both bedrooms and bathrooms are located) for the duration of our stay. The upstairs was quite warm when we arrived which should have been noticed by management but was not. We assumed the air conditioner just needed time to cool the upstairs so did not immediately contact management. After a hot, sweaty night’s sleep, we contacted management the following day. Long story short, the air conditioner was never repaired while we were there and every night was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. We spent well over $1,000 for a 3 night stay without air conditioning. When I asked about receiving a partial refund because air conditioning should have been included in the price we paid, I was told by management that they could not help with that but instead would have a “guest representative” contact me. 4 weeks later, no one has attempted to contact me. We also inquired about use of the pool that was advertised. We were hoping to use the pool one day while in Savannah. Come to find out, the pool that is advertised as part of the listing is not even in Savannah! It is in Tybee Island which is a solid half hour drive away! Looking back, the listing does say that there is a pool in Tybee Island, but as a non-local, I had no clue that it was so far away. I assumed that a pool advertised with the property would either be in walking distance or a very short drive. Through all of this, management never apologized for our inconvenience or for their misleading advertising of the property. I understand that things happen, but at minimum we should have been given a partial refund for the air conditioning situation and an apology. I feel confident the owners of this property (who have obviously worked hard and invested heavily) would be extremely frustrated to know how their property is being mismanaged. Overall, this is a very nice property, but keep your fingers crossed that everything is in working order while you’re there. Also, keep in mind that there is no pool anywhere nearby.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This was one of the most comfortable homes we have ever rented.. The kitchen was stocked with great cookware, knives and spices. Huge plus for someone that cooks. Furnishings were good and loved outdoor patio. Location to were we wanted to visit was very convenient.
