Forsyth Park is often one of the first stops for Savannah visitors and with this house it's right nearby. This is a 1,900 square foot Savannah vacation rentals property with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms capable of sleeping six guests. The house has a roomy floor plan with plenty of big, bright windows to let light in. You'll find wood floors and a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and lots of counter space. Our vacation rentals near Forsyth Park give you unparalleled opportunities to explore this historic neighborhood. The park occupies the southern corner of Savannah's historic district and it is one of the quieter neighborhoods in the area. The park covers about 30 acres and includes walking trails, places to have a picnic, a cafe, the Garden of Fragrance and the iron fountain centerpiece. The borders of Forsyth Park include Whitaker to the west, Drayton to the east, Gaston to the north and Park Avenue to the south. Also in the general Forsyth Park area is Monterey Square and the Mercer House. Both are located a bit north of Gaston Street on Forsyth Park's northern edge. The Mercer House, like Forsyth Park, was featured in the book and film "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil". There are a total of 22 squares in historic Savannah, out of the original 24, and all have some historic significance. Southern Belle Pool
In addition to the on site pool at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
