The communication from the property was superb, everything was perfect. We were an adult party of five seniors and we had a wonderful time. The location cannot be beat, dining and historic places are walkable distance. Place was clean and beds very comfortable.

Perfect rental house

I stayed here with family and friends to celebrate my brother getting married and this house is absolutely beautiful even better than the pictures! there’s not a bad room in the house, which made it easy for picking bedrooms. The location is absolutely perfect. 15 minute walk to Broughton Street where all of the shopping and restaurants are!

Friends trip to Savannah

This property was excellent, just like the pictures. Five of us used the 5 upstairs bedrooms. Comfy, nice bathrooms. We really enjoyed the sitting rooms space, even watch Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil one night together. We also sat on the lovely porch!

Pictures don't do it justice in a charming Savannah neighborhood!

Pictures do not do this place justice! It was BEAUTIFUL and huge, more than enough space for our group and so comfortable! The listing was exactly as it states online and the property management group was by far the best one I've ever used. The house is in the cutest little neighborhood too. Highly recommend!

Great Location and beautiful southern large home

There were 8 of us for a wedding and it was perfect for the location of the wedding, easy access to walk everywhere (Savannah is very small and neatly organized) and had a large living room for gathering every day. The porch was nice but it didn’t have as many chairs and it was a little tired. The beds were good, some were a little soft. The host was very responsive and ensured our needs were met!

We had a group of 10 siblings from all over the country here in this house and it was wonderful. We found the location to be great and convenient. Parking was also good. We had two cars. We asked for a couple of things from management and they accommodated what they could. The dryer wasn’t working, but they gave us extra towels to cover that. We had plenty of space and the AC kept us cool in the heat. Thank you.

Whitefield square home

The home was beautiful and in a perfect area for walking. We enjoyed the big front porch and spent most evenings there enjoying the last rays of sunshine until the street lamps came on. The house was huge, two big living rooms and beautiful kitchen. The pool table was a fun addition to the house. One bedroom downstairs and 5 upstairs. All the beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. If you’re going to stay in Savannah try to rent this house. I had a few questions and the management team was on it immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good amenities, little run down

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It isn’t child proof per se, but it was perfect for our needs and accommodated our group (six adults and three kids ages 2, 3, and 8). We loved having laundry, the living room space, the 3 full bathrooms upstairs (two with tubs for young kids needing baths. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable to downtown. There were great coffee shops and delis nearby. Check in was a little confusing because my welcome email had 2 different lock bock codes and only one was correct. It would also be great to have two full sets of keys if you have multiple groups staying together like we did. The internet wasn’t great, but we were able to reach out to the property manager and reset the router, which helped a bit. Also, the fridge had a leak, which would have need nice to know ahead of time as we woke up to a very wet floor our first morning and thought we had left the freezer open or something. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
