The room was not clean. There was a lot of black and pink mold in the bathroom and I am very allergic to mold (and so are my little emotional support animals that were traveling with me). Also, I thought they would refund the charge on my credit card since I had documented ESA animals and they did not damaged or had any “accidents” in the room.

The bathroom was dirty in my opinion. A lot of the faucets were shaky. The shower track was really dirty. It just seemed dirty and not well maintained. The service was great though

Pet fee is pretty high. Parking is not the best when you’re checking in late. However, overall this was a good stay for my family and me. Clean. Comfy. Decent breakfast.

Only problem with property is with the general contractor. Walls are not plumb therefore doors have gaps. Inside the rooms the closet fixture is not commercial grade. The clothes rail is an accident waiting to happen.

The rooms are nice. The toilets suck. It's kinda weird that there is not a toilet paper holder in the bathroom

The property is located in a very unsecured location and very unsafe for the location. I would definitely recommend finding a different hotel. The bed was dirty, and I couldn’t take it anymore I went to complain at the front desk about bedbugs and NO ONE came to the front desk for over 20 minutes… so I finally called and still no one answered the phone that was ringing right at the front desk. I ended up leaving the hotel at 3am

The property said that my Expedia reservation was cancelled and they rebooked me at a significantly higher rate. They somehow charged my credit card for the original Expedia reservation twice AND their up charged reservation. Almost $1800 held on my credit card for a dirty noisy 2 star hotel for three nights. And my shower was broken. I never ever leave a bad review, but this was astronomically awful.

Could definitely use some sprucing up. Need Paint Touch ups, Baths need to be recaulked, the soap dispenser needs to be reattached to shower wall. Our air conditioning unit quit working and we had to change rooms. Our Phone didn’t work. Front desk took long to check in because they couldn’t tell if we paid Expedia or not so our food was cold that we picked up by the time we made it up to the room to eat after our long drive.

Lipstick on a pig. Seemingly a modern and updated hotel, but not a stitch of insulation/sound proofing to be had. Heard every one from the next unit and every foot-step from above. It’s a shame where corners were cut. Horrible bathroom tub fittings as well.

Front desk attendant was super kind and so very helpful. My grandma is in hospice and the front desk lady was compassionate and she didn't have to be. She made me feel safe and cared for. The continental breakfast was superb and the dining area was very spacious and comfortable. Thank you.

The website was not correct on animal fee and i was almost over charged for my pet, oe twice. However everything else was fantastic. It was agreat get away although our shower didn't work. We only used the tub Food was wonderful. Slept like a baby. Thank you so much

You walk in to a foyer. No lobby, no signage. There’s an elevator and stairs. We took the elevator up 1 floor, still can’t tell it’s the lobby until you walk all the way in! It was beautiful, spacious and clean. Just need signs! On entry level and elevators

Two things were good - hotel has covered free self-parking - the room was big. Few things that were not great - asked for housekeeping in the morning, came back late evening and nothing was done, asked for towels and they were out of bath towels! Saving grace was this young man on staff (didn’t catch his name) who actually ran back and forth several times and found a couple of fresh washed towels for us. - the top hinge of the room door was loose because of which the door wouldn’t close without having to pull really hard, which made a loud slamming sound! - large room, but very small bathroom.

New and clean. When we got here, they were having problems with their card key system and were unable to issue us keys. An employee had to take us up to let us in to our room. It wasn't until noon the next day before they corrected the problem and issued us a key. We also heard childrens footsteps above our room which went on late into the night. We asked a manager if we would get compensated in some way for these inconveniences. They said they would get back to us, but they never did.
