Located 20 minutes east of Savannah, through several miles of beautiful sky and salt marshes, you’ll find Tybee Island — one of the most laid-back beaches on the southeastern coast.
You can sit on the spacious deck facing the ocean, see the cargo ships, relax and sunbathe and enjoy cocktails

Our house is located about 2 blocks north of the Tybee Pavilion and Pier at one of the nicest locations on Tybee Island’s beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, is directly on the beach where you can walk to shopping, the local grocery store, restaurants and bars. There is a large deck facing the ocean that has a dining table, ample seating, a sun umbrella and two loungers.
We have a very cool outdoor shower that you can use from returning from the beach.
Many renovations have recently been completed that include updated space .The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms and the Atlantic Ocean. The appliances are all stainless steel with new cabinetry, an island that serves as a breakfast bar and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. All luxury vinyl flooring on all floors and bead board in all hallways and stairwells are updated features.
The master shower includes a walk in tiled shower. The 2nd bathroom on the top floor has been renovated recently with a new tub, tiling, flooring and wallpaper. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the house, LR, primary BR and BR on the ground floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and the views are breathtaking. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished with quality linens and bed coverings. There are also overhead fans in all of the bedrooms. The 3.5 bathrooms include a half bath on the main floor next to the kitchen, the primary with a walk in shower , the 2nd bathroom with a bathtub/shower and the third bathroom with a walk in shower. Washer and dryer on ground floor available for your use. To reach the beach, you just take the path on the other side of the house and the beach is in sight. The one car garage has plenty of beach chairs, a gas grill, an extra refrigerator, a cooler and a beach umbrella for your use. The driveway can accommodate 3 parked cars. We focus on upkeep and cleanliness and this is just not a rental home but my private home whenever I can meet up with my family.

We had a great week at staying at Beach Haven. It was perfect for the 8 people we had, there was plenty of room. It was well stocked, right on the beach, walking distance to the grocery, shopping and great restaurants! Susan is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Tybee Island.

Perfection

Beach Haven was absolutely perfect for our family spring break. There was plenty of room for everyone to come together or be apart if needed. The beach was awesome, the views spectacular, the location excellent. The decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was noticed and appreciated! There was an overwhelming sense of being welcomed. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

House is well kept. Close to the beach ,the pier, the shops and restaurants all waking distance. Fun relaxing week. Second time we stayed here and will definitely stay here again soon.

Perfect Location

Great place right on the beach! The beds were comfortable and kitchen had anything you could possibly need. My only advice would be to bring bug spray - the walk through the dunes in the evening was pretty buggy.

This is house is everything it says it is! Clean, great location and has everything you need. We really appreciated having beach chairs and towels available to use. Beautiful house in an ideal location on Tybee Island

This house has a great view of the beach from the living room, deck and master bedroom. It is very well-maintained and clean; it looks like it was recently remodeled. The kitchen is especially well-equipped and stocked. This is our fourth winter spending time on Tybee Island, and it was the best place yet.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view!

Everything was as the listing said it would be. Susan was so easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. My only recommendation would be a vacuum for easier pick up during longer stays but otherwise we enjoyed our time!

Beauty at its best!!!

Waking up and having the ocean being the first thing you see is a FANTASTIC way to start your day. Our family truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the full outside shower was an added plus! We will most definitely return for another stay. The communication from the owner was a great personal touch and made us feel so welcome.

Great place, great host.

This place Is in a great location. Right over the dunes to the beach and walking distance from shops restaurants etc. Susan was an excellent host. The house and kitchen were full of things that you really need. Like kitchen utensils, toilet paper, soap etc. We would definitely stay here again if ever on Tybee Island.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect home for our girls trip. Clean, wonderful setup with an ideal location. We loved it was a quiet beachfront but walkable to groceries and restaurants.. Spent a few days in Savannah and we were happy to come back to this lovely home. I would highly recommend. I will be back!

Beautiful Stay at Beach Haven

The property was just as advertised. I really appreciated the unique, beautiful artwork in the home. The beach was quite packed in this location, but the home felt very quiet and removed from the crowds. Loved the deck!! We rented bikes from Tim's and rode all over Tybee and on the beach. We lucked out with great weather. A wonderful vacation, thanks so much for sharing your amazing home with us!
