The Perfect Location! Walk right out the front door and you are on beautiful Forsyth Park in the center of the city! Originally built in 1892, this home includes signature Victorian architectural details such as original hardwood floors, high ceilings and grand historic windows. This is the second floor unit in the home, there is another separate unit on the first floor.

The space
This is the second floor unit in the home. You must walk up a staircase to get to the unit. Much of the original character has been preserved in the home such as original floors, windows, fireplaces (non operating) and trim work offering you the historic feel that Savannah is well known for!

The Space:
- Living Room features a Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services. The original oversized windows bring in tons of natural light!
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine. We provide K cups, creamer and sugar
- Washer & Dryer
- 1 King Bedroom - at the front of the house facing Forsyth Park - features a full en suite bathroom with stand up shower.
- 1 Queen Bedroom - also at the front of the house facing Forsyth - also features a full en suite bathroom with stand up shower

We also have a shared courtyard on the side of the home.

Please note: we do not have dedicated on site parking. There is free street parking in the areas around the home. Make sure to check posted street signs when parking for sweep zones and times to avoid getting any tickets!

There is free on street parking - be sure to check the posted sweep times, they vary depending which side of the street you park. We do not have dedicated on site parking.
