Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful and spacious rental. The property management was very quick to respond to our questions.Only negative was the street was flooded after heavy rain and what seemed to be drainage issues maybe caused by construction in a nearby lot.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Check-in: we had an issue with the keyless entry code but after call customer service it was resolved quickly. Kitchen facilities: the appliances were modern. The drawer microwave was a little difficult to use. It did not open or close as expected and some buttons were not functioning. The kitchenware was sufficient.WiFi: we had a lot of trouble with the WiFi network. The majority of our stay was spent on our cell phone hotspots. Customer service was helpful and professional. The problem just took too long to resolve. Bedding: this house could use access to additional warm blankets. The beds were just made with sheets, nothing heavier. Overall, we had some technical issues and slight comfort issues (ie, no warm blankets), but the location and decor were spot on. And we appreciated the professionalism of the customer service support.
