Savannah Weekend

Excellent stay for a girls’ trip!

Wonderful property very upscale

Enjoy the lodging very very much. Have only one complaint which should be mentioned in the listing for anyone else who is going to stay we were told to be aware of the parking meters and that worked out great however it was failed to mention the closing of the street for street cleaning on certain days

Perfect stay

The flat is lovely - location, amenities, and we really enjoyed hanging out in the evenings after a long day of walks. It was so easy to get to where we wanted to get from here! The process to check in was really easy, and we really didn’t mind having the off or downstairs during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was absolutely perfect for our little family getaway. Such a close walk to all of the best downtown Savannah has to offer. The home was extremely clean and we had no problems! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Savannah!!

Fantastic home base for a long weekend

My family and I greatly enjoyed the property. The place was in good condition, and the location is fantastic! Super access via a short walk to parts north and south of the property. We would certainly look to reserve this property again, and, if not available, another property from this management company. :-)

Little Slice of Heaven in Savannah

I completely fell in over heels with this home! It was beautifully appointed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we loved the charming little courtyard and and pool. We were within easy walking distance of so many shops and restaurants and the property managers were very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to book my next stay!

Just what we were looking for

Accurate photos and depiction of property! We enjoyed our stay in this central location and were able to walk to most major attractions. The noise of the office below was negligible, and we stayed Monday-Friday so don’t let that be a deterrent!

Great Stay in Savannah

Our first visit to Savannah! Beautiful house and great location. Only had one concern and that was that the office is also part of the house. This meant that employees were at the house to retrieve supplies. All staff were very helpful and professional. We plan to stay again!

Awesome Savannah Week!!!

This property is the best!!! We parked the car and was able to walk everywhere the entire stay. Everything was absolutely spotless and amazing...the kitchen was off the charts and we loved the pool!!!! There is a great coffee shop right around the corner (Savannah Coffee Roasters) that has the best coffee and breakfasts! We loved the walk to the river and sights/restaurants in the historic district. We will definitely be back to Savannah and this is our hands down choice of places to stay!!!!

Best rental yet...

This was our 5th time renting in Savannah and this property is one of our favorites. Other reviews mentioned that having the rental office downstairs was awkward, so I was concerned about that. For the most part we were out of the unit during business hours so it was no big deal for us! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay in Savannah

We took my parents to Savannah to celebrate several things, including their 49th wedding anniversary, multiple birthdays and my mom recently beating cancer! This property was perfect for the four of us, with plenty of amenities and space to spread out and relax! Forsyth Park was just a few blocks away, and the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and quiet! Conveniently located a short drive from the River District and I-16, this place was just the best! It has a small heated pool that was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, and property management was very helpful on the rare occasion we needed to contact them. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!

I cannot say enough nice things about this property. A bright open floor plan comes beautifully furnished and appointed. The layout is perfect for 2 couples as both large bedrooms have comfortable beds and en suite bathroom. The private pool was heated and useable as we were blessed with 70° weather in January. Street parking was easy and convenient and communication with the property manager was clear and easy. The BEST feature of the property might be its location in the historic district which is walkable to the Riverwalk, Forsyth Park, and everything in between. Would love to return.

Nice place quiet neighborhood

The house was lovely we really enjoyed the atmosphere. If I had to be nit picky the master bed was uncomfortable for both my husband and myself it’s sunken in & the water pressure in our shower wasn’t the best. We had some problems with the internet but we weren’t in town to sit on our devices all day so that wasn’t bad. You can walk to almost everything and there are so many great little spots close to the house that we really enjoyed! It is weird sometimes sitting in the pool and employees or delivery people walk in but it was only during business hours and we mainly used it after walking all day to soak. Overall it was great! I love the history and all the old houses lining every street around us. I would definitely rent again! We also had someone check to make sure everything was going well with our stay and that rarely ever happens. Two thumbs up for us 😊

Great location but not what I expected

Overall good house, safe, well decorated in a quiet area of historic district with an awesome coffee shop around the corner. Location was perfect. A few things you should know: there is a business on the first floor which we weren’t aware of. People coming and going all day. Felt a little strange in my bathing suitwhen different people walking past. Its June and very hot. The pool is like bath water. It is small so I get it. Just know its not a cool down pool. The property managers were responsive when WiFi went out and TV wasn’t working. Furniture nice but worn and bed is concave but ok ; but didn’t sleep well. Overall we enjoyed the property and location.

Our recent stay at the Southern Belle was absolutely wonderful! The home had everything we were looking for during our short Savannah visit: quiet location near one of the gorgeous city squares, private outdoor area (with a plunge pool we could enjoy), gorgeous & clean interior home with very comfortable furnishings, and everything we would need for our trip. We had space to spend time together as a family, but also room to branch out. Street parking in front of the house was available each day, and we rarely drove because everything was in walking distance. I would highly recommend this home for a family or group of four visiting Savannah!

Great Stay

Property was beautiful and was walking distance to just about everything. We really enjoyed our time strolling the streets of Savannah....Beautiful city. Only downside was the bedrooms did get a little warm at night.

Great place & location

We had a great time with our friends. I really want to give this 5 stars and the only reason not is for the extremely poor lighting in the 3rd floor bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a shame, because that is the only negative to this place. The 2nd floor lighting was done very well in the remodel. The hostess was very attentive and accommodating. The place was clean and in good condition,
