Welcome to our exquisite luxury Airbnb, where comfort meets elegance in a stunning lakeside setting. This beautiful retreat boasts 5 spacious bedrooms (plus game room with 3 beds) and 3.5 luxurious baths to comfortably sleep 12 with additional conversion beds among other sleeping options. Enjoy endless entertainment in our game room, relax in the upper floor lounge, or take a dip in the sparkling pool. Located right between Tybee island beaches and historic downtown Savannah, come back and unwind in the soothing hot tub while soaking in the breathtaking views of the lake. Perfect for those seeking island beaches, the culinary and historic adventures in downtown Savannah, or those who simply want the hidden tranquility of a warm, beautiful home to make memories with friends and family.

Layout
The main house requires stairs to access the inside of the home. Once inside, there are stairs to access the upper floor.
Main Floor:
-Bedroom 1: king bed with work-station and full ensuite bath
-Bedroom 2: king bed
-Game room with full sized pull out couch and bean bags that convert to full size plush cots.
Additional rooms: foyer, living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath.
Upper Floor:
-Bedroom 3: king bed, 2 twin xl beds with ensuite bath. Closet holds a twin sized roll out cot, and two queen airbeds.
-Bedroom 4: queen bed with work-station
-Bedroom 5: queen bed
-full hallway bath for bedrooms 4&5
Additional rooms: large lounge overlooking the lake with daybed that converts to Queen bed, bar with accoutrements for an Old Fashioned/Sazerac and a shuffle board table.
Outdoor space: expansive screen porch with outdoor dining and lounging, open patio with loungers to sunbathe, a tanning shelf pool that overflows into the main pool, in ground spa, gas fire pit, and dock with access to the lake.

This ensures that any questions or concerns can be addressed early, and if necessary, reservations can be canceled penalty-free. Frequently Asked Questions
★ Security:
A discreet doorbell camera is located at the entrance, monitoring the driveway and parking area for your safety. There is also a camera in the back yard pointing toward the lake.
• You will be provided a code to the front door prior to check in.
• Please lock all doors (front door, 2 back doors, main floor master door and game room door) prior to traveling to Savannah or other adventures, and prior to your final departure. Your code is valid throughout your stay.
• Additionally, please lock the screen-porch latch locks while not in use and prior to your departure to keep bugs out.
★ Pet Policy:
We love our fur babies and know you love yours, but due to the sheer size of the property and to avoid a significant cleaning fee for our guests, we do not allow pets.
★ Septic System:
To preserve the integrity of our septic system, please only flush toilet paper—no food, oils, paper towels, baby wipes, "flushable" wipes, or feminine products. Avoid pouring bacon/food grease down the sink as well. The system will back up if this policy is not followed.
★ Trash Disposal:
Please remove all trash from the home and put it into the trash bin outside by the shed.
• All trash must fit completely in the trash bins provided, and the lids must close completely.
• To protect wildlife, do not leave trash outside of the trash cans. Extra fees may apply if trash is left outside unattended.
• If the trash cans are getting too full, just give us a call and we can request an extra pickup for you.
★ Early Check-in/Late Checkout:
Available upon request, subject to availability, and not guaranteed until 48 hours prior to your stay.
★ Parking:
All vehicles must remain fully off the road. No RVs or oversized vehicles over 3/4 ton allowed.
★ Amenity Limitations:
Basic amenities such as toiletries and cooking essentials are provided as a courtesy. Please note these are not designed for excessive use.
★ There are 3 doors in the home that lead to the back yard, which accesses the pools and the lake. There are child locks on all of the doors and an alarm system to alert you if the doors are opened. There are also life jackets in the storage bin next to the pool pumps. A release of liability is required, please pay special attention if you have children/guests who cannot swim.
★ Pool Access: The pool, spa, and tanning ledge are your for your enjoyment.
• If you want the spa temperature increased, see the guide on the touch-stay app to do so. Please reset the temperature once complete for the evening, as the electrical pull for the heater is significant.
★ Lake Access: Access to the lake is allowed.
House Rules
★ No unregistered guests or pets. Occupancy guidelines must be strictly adhered to.
★ Respect the space: As this is a community retreat, not a hotel, we ask that you keep the property tidy for future guests.
★ Trash: Ensure all trash is placed in the outside bins. If it does not fit, please let us know soonest.
★ Use of the indoor fireplace is prohibited.
★ The firepit outdoors is available for use. The firepit is not designed for cooking, however.
★ Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment for all. There is a decibel meter outside to help ensure acceptable noise levels are maintained. Thank you for understanding!
★ Outdoor fire pit cleanliness: Please keep the firepit clean and replace the covers prior to your departure.
★ Spa: Please shower(or take a quick dip in the lake!) before entering the spa to maintain water clarity. Perfume, lotions, and sweat can create murky water.
★ No smoking indoors or inside/near the screened-in porch. Any violation will incur cleaning fees.
★ Shoes indoors: Shoes are allowed indoors. However, please remove shoes at the door if your shoes are soiled or wet.
★ No parties or events: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations will result in termination of your reservation without refund.
★ Food items: Please discard any perishables at the end of your stay. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to food left by previous guests.
★ No illegal activity: Any involvement with illegal substances will lead to immediate eviction and police notification.
