Had all the amenities we needed, the coffee set up was perfect!

Property was clean, plenty of room, one thing is you can hear people upstairs walking around due to the wood floors, wish the vanity in the king bedroom had a little more surface, but felt safe, great area!

The house is great in every way. The bedrooms are large and inviting, the kitchen has everything needed, and the sitting area is comfortable. The owners stock the house with thoughtful items like coffee and creamers. Highly recommend.

This was the best trip so far to Savanah! This house was so clean, warm and inviting.There was everything we needed or wanted. Perfect location for both shopping and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my future trips to Savanah.

Family of four adults stayed at The Broad House for 3 days. The description and 5 star reviews were spot on. The neighborhood is quiet & safe & we were able to park right in front of the house. This property was everything it claimed to be. We love to walk in Savannah and this was convenient, but not in the noise! It was clean and comfortable for the four of us adults. This is where I will try to book every stay on Savannah.

We spent Christmas here and it was great! I would definitely stay again! The host is easy to communicate with and always quick to respond! Great location one block from River Street. Only con is having to pay to park near the house. We lucked out because it was free for the holidays!

What a fantastic place

Aside from being on the quiet side of the historic district which helps you to sleep during vacation, this gem was amazing. Gives you all the historical vibes of a 200 year old home with the wood floors and tall ceilings but all the comforts with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Loved our stay.
