"I've stayed here three times: 2017, 2019, 2023-twice in the last week. I based a lot of my expectations on previous stays which were excellent. This trip it was very disappointing with no massage, no gym, no lunch or dinner available. I don't know how they can survive apparently due to COVID aftermath. Staff was as always very friendly, and accommodating. Without amenities returning I don't know that I would stay again.

"The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible, they quickly gave me a key to a room even though I arrived before the official check-in time and they were quickly to replace it when the door to the first room wouldn't open, they also cleaned up the replacement room as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a good selection of various foods for room service or there were plenty of restaurants with delicious food nearby. I highly recommend to anyone who's visiting...
