location is very good. next to train station and have drop off space in front of the hotel if you drive. there is also street parking next to the hotel. staffs were nice and friendly. room is clean and comfortable. highly recommend to everyone

We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive!
