"The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....

"We really enjoyed our stay in this authentic farmhouse. The decorations and woodwork were amazing. Comfortable beds and, despite being an older home, all the modern conveniences. The location is in a beautiful community and we loved our walks through the town. A bit of a language barrier for us with the gentleman living there (we, unfortunately, do not speak French or German), however, there was prompt and excellent communication with the owner. "Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "
