"Maybe not many people know this place, but Royal Indah Cabin is a hidden gem worth staying at. It’s easy to find on Google Maps, has large parking, friendly staff, and includes breakfast. "It was my first trip to Bali and the offering can be overwhelming. I chose Como Uma Ubud because I wanted to be in a more quiet and relaxing environment, experiencing the rainforest and the infamous rice terraces, which I consider more typical for Bali. The stay was an absolute outstanding experience from start till end. I felt very well looked after and treated with a very warm welcome. The offerings from daily morning yoga and other activities, as well as pampering massages were simply perfect. My request to explore the rice terraces if possible off the touristic path was met with the highest standards. Made, their head of experience guided me along the terraces along with such knowledge and expertise. It was stunning. A regular shuttle is offered to get to Ubud centre, although it’s also possible to walk (this takes up to 40min in this heat it’s not for everyone and the shuttle the preferred transportation option). A very big thank you to the entire staff. You made my stay very special!"
