“Great place to stay!”

“Horrible!!! The owner should not have had the place available for renting this last weekend. When I called to get my room number, I was told by the owner that it was project weekend and his son and about 15 friends were there helping him. We show up and can barely walk without tripping through all the extension cords and power tools. It wasn’t a project, it was major construction all throughout the chalet .Our first night there, the owner’s son and friends were so obnoxiously drunk and……

“Stayed here from Sunday night until Wednesday, wanted to swim in the pool Monday but there were swim lessons in the pool most of the day (would have been nice to know before booking). Wednesday the pool was closed down per health department, hopefully it was safe to swim in on Tuesday. They provide one pool towel per person (calling it a towel was a stretch) and charge for additional towels. Room looked like it had been recently remodeled but the fan on the heat/AC unit was so loud it woke me……

“It was an older remodeled property in excellent condition. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was an ice machine. Hair dryer available at the office. Only stayed one night but would stay there again. ”

“At check-in, there were no 1st floor rooms available, desk clerk stated full house. My bad for not requesting 1st floor at time of booking. Room on 2nd floor was okay but didn't see a smoke alarm. Carpet old (be sure to wear slippers) but beds were good. It was quiet so thankful for that. For the price we paid we did expect more on the 'continental' breakfast, Only few cheap breakfast bars were available. Place felt like there wasn't any professionalism or ambition by staff required by……

“When we were there, a big storm blew through. We lost power for about three hours in the evening. Thankfully, it was still light out so we could see in our room through the windows, which did leak and we had to use towels from the bathroom to clean up. We were able to get extra towels. Our TV did not work until mid-day the next day. One thing that was weird is that we were not given any body wash or a second piece of soap; we only had one piece of soap to use at the sink and in the shower. I was……

“Third party (like Expedia) still have pictures and list features of this hotel that have not been there since 2024. It advertises as a waterpark, despite not being such since 2024. I was charged/paid $280 per night for what I thought would have included a waterpark. Since there was no waterpark, this location should have cost no more than $170, especially considering it is horribly outdated (last remodel was in 2002), moldy smell in the rooms, improperly/inconsistently cleaned, filthy, poor……

“Loved it very much, My friend and I arrived very late in the night, thought it could be a issue to clock-in, while they left us the key in envelope which ensure us to enter the room. The staff are super friendly and nice, the rooms are clean, I would definately recommend this place”
