「Es un paraíso escondido cerca de Merida, en el restaurante comes súper rico y las habitaciones están muy funcionales, las albercas y playa con camastros es otro nivel.. regularmente martes y jueves reciben como 100 invitados de cruceros de 8 am a 2 pm hay mucho ruido así que sirve para visitar Mérida o algún cenote」

「La piscina sucia, sin agua caliente, sin información suficiente en el check in, sin aviso del snack no funcionaría, sin servicio de toallas en el área de piscina, muchas áreas verdes sin el cuidado adecuado lo cual hacía que haya mucho lodo, poca variedad en la cena.」

「Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful beach, and an adorable beach dog that hangs out there. Staff helped my partner prepare a birthday surprise for me. They did a great job.」

「The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.」
