「The accommodation is advertized as "In the jungle" Not true. In some trees, sure but close to noisy road. Booking confirmation said includes breakfast. Not offered by lodge. Had to fight for it. Minimal bed linen. Would not visit again. 」

「We had a very clean room on 3rd floor which had A/C. The staff were friendly. However the hot water did not work. 」

「Internet does not exist anywhere other than the lobby, although staff continues to say "keep trying". Miserable room design, and terrible bathroom fixtures. But the worst is the loud thumping of music from nearby bars. Ask for extra pillows to put over your head.」

「I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...

「Third floor junior suit with westerly sunset view of the lake from balcony was fantastic, king-size bed, large bathroom/shower, lots of hot water, fresh bottled water every day. Paddle fan and split heat/cooling unit in room if needed. NOTE: Large bathtowls are stored in large cabinet behind door and NOT in bathroom . . . Hotel has two bars (rooftop/first floor), restaurant for breakfast and dinner, a lovely pink cafe with very good coffee and baked goods (I ordered my breakfast each morning...

「Day staff was very helpful. Nice having coffee available in the lobby in tbe mornings. When we had early morning pick-ups the night staff would make the coffee earlier so we could get some. Excellent location. And our balcony overlooking tbe lake was a gem. The room cleaning person made a different towel animal on our beds every day. So sweet. 」
