"The toilet was dirty. The glasses were dirty. Missing a towel rode. Never did get wifi. When I said something the response was lacklustre. Sorry, when I walk into a place and there’s cootys on the toilet I have an issue! I understand the challenges but my opinion made no difference. If you want to be close to the beach and don’t really care, this the place for you. There’s a band/DJ right underneath your balcony that goes till midnight every night, fyi. Didn’t bother me. The water pressure...

"My partner and I spent two nights at this location and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The place was spacious, and had everything we needed! The hosts were great with communication and even went above and beyond to share some of their favourite spots in Sayulita with us! "My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. A beautiful,clean and well kept hotel. Staff were excellent!! Rooftop pool and deck is awesome. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Very convenient location. Oxxo and a beer store next door. Very clean around all the stores. Bed was very comfortable and water pressure was great for showers. Full size refrigerator in our room and 2 burner stove. We did make use of both. Secure underground parking as well. We will definitely be staying there again! A real gem of a place."

"Check in is seamless and staff is so incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are small but cute in design. This is my second stay here and as much as I Enjoyed the simplicity of my stay and the kind staff, I found that the property needs a refresh. There was an issue in my shower with the wood plank flooring that was a hazzard. Staff was so quick to make an adjustment to the problem and for that I’m grateful but I would be more inclined to stay again if they made adjustments like that before a guest booking. The planks were visibly broken so that attention to detail would have been just that much better. All and all the central location and the pool are all great and make staying here an easy choice if you need a affordable stay"
