Calme assuré

La maison est agréable la piscine top avec une vue époustouflante. Elle manque un peu d’entretien. Le village est agréable avec deux restaurant et une petite épicerie. Nous aurions préféré être plus proche des sites touristiques (2h de Sienne par exemple), 40 min Saturnia. Courses à 30 min car routes à lacets. Merci pour ce séjour dans cette belle région!

Paix et calme

Des jolis espaces, un grand silence, de quoi passer des belles journées et des nuits calmes. La maison (elles sont deux en réalité !) est très grande et la pisocne et le jardin assez confortables. Un coin précieux d'Italie.

Schitterend Toscaans plekje weg van de drukte!

We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. Voor boodschappen of verkennen van de omgeving is veel tijd nodig, gezien de locatie ver van de bewoonde wereld af ligt. Met de auto is het prima te berijden. Rome bezocht met de trein vanuit Grosseto. In de omgeving zijn het stadje Pitigliano, de warm water bronnen van Saturnia en het strand een aanrader. Verder een top locatie om te genieten van de rust, natuur locale bevolking en fantastisch mooie sterrenhemel.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten mit vier Personen beide Häuser des Grundstücks gemietet. Beide Häuser sind gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage in den toskanischen Bergen ist sehr schön, wenn auch etwas abgelegen. In dem sehr kleinen Ort gibt es eine tolle Pizzeria, und allein während unserer zwei Wochen im Sommer fanden dort 4-5 Konzerte statt. Für Abwechslung ist also, zumindest im Sommer, gesorgt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

IMBARAZZANTI

Affittato la casa, libera nel sito Vrbo, pagato subito la prenotazione, chiamiamo il propietario la sera prima della partenza per chiedere informazioni (il numero di telefono c'è solo se prenoti) il propietario ci dice che è già affittata non vuole disdire la prenotazione(perché perde credibilità con Vrbo) che ci darebbe la possibilità del rimborso automatico nella Carta di credito, ci troviamo con la carta di credito piena. Lui fa due versamenti e si trattiene 50 euro dando la colpa a Vrbo. Vrbo ci dice che non ci può fare niente se i titolari di proprietà non aggiornano i calendari, ci promette di trovarci una sistemazione simile. Alla fineVrbo ci manda una email con tanto di scuse, ma alla fine non trova una struttura libera. Noi siamo rimasti senza casa vacanze e senza soldi per poter prenotare da un'altra parte, Sono passati 8 giorni e i soldi non sono ancora arrivati. le nostre ferie ci sono state rovinate da questo signore e da una organizzazione non all'altezza della situazione. Siamo stati presi in giro. RECENZIONE VRBO Voto 0. Vi siete comportati nella gestione della cosa in maniera poco professionale. Spero che con quanto accaduto a noi viaggiatori, Prendiate provvedimenti seri verso le strutture come quella del Sig. Lothar.
