「Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!」

「We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location.」

「Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto.
