“Nice motel, clean and good localization. When I booked this motel I search for option with breakfast, it says this site offers breakfast, but it was only coffee and banana/apple. I didn’t expect breakfast full of choices but did expect some muffin at least.”

“The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.”

“Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation.……

“We just love it there. It is our happy place. Beautiful grounds, comfortable, friendly and downy to earth staff. Wonderful place!”

“The room was perfect for two. If you’re a bigger person like my boyfriend and I, you might find the bathroom and shower a little small. Having our car right next to the unit was very helpful. Staff was super kind and helpful the entire time. Whitney and Nori were a hoot to chat with and get to know! I have stayed at the Echo rental beach houses with family and friends, at the motel with just my mom and my sister, and now as an adult with just me and my boyfriend. This little space they have……

“This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable. If you’re coming for any kind of a baseball tournament, you don’t want to spend a boatload of money. This is your spot. They roll out of grill for us and we grilled in the parking lot for two days straight.……

“We were unable to stay do to the unsanitary of the room the fire alarm was wrapped in plastic the floors were not cleaned their was food on the wall and used underwear still in bed sheets hair in beds hair and urine throughout the bathroom.”
