“Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation.……

“The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.”

“This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is……

“Our experience was simply amazing! Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was impeccable—the hotel is beautiful, spotless, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. “We initially booked this hotel because of its price point and proximity to Pine Point beach/ Old Orchard. We also appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. Upon arrival, the room seemed okay, but throughout our stay we noticed more of the strange smells and uncleanliness. This included in the elevator, the hallways and the stairwells. Housekeeping did not come once during our 3 night stay, and when we asked for towels, we were told we had to wait as they were all “in the dryer”. When towels……

“They need to clean more, the floor was dirty, dirty tables and uncleaned bathroom.”

“Bathroom was a no go : need a deep clean. Bugs around the sink (maybe because of the old window that was open when we arrived). Shower curtain was dirty and toilet seat cover was old and didn’t look good. Staff was super nice when we arrived. Pool looks great. Beds were nice. Good location, price a little high for the quality.”

“Parking was easy. The pool water was clean. The room appeared clean. Great location. Very outdated. It is what it is. A basic, clean, room in a good location. Close to the beach and pier. Ac was cold. Area was noisy but did not bother us.”

It is within walking distance of the airport, making it very convenient to reach without needing a shuttle or taxi. Another big advantage is that the hotel is also just a short walk from the rental car center, making it easy to pick up a rental car the next morning and continue your trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a very convenient and……
