「Marcus was super friendly and helpful. Everything worked smoothly, and we felt very comfortable in the spacious room. Spectacular view! The breakfasts were also really nice. The only complaint is the shower head being a bit older and taking a long time to deliver hot water.」

「The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed. On the 3rd day the cooker blew up and all the gas emptied out of the cylinder through the 4 hobs into the room....

「the room and hotel was very clean and modern. the room has a microwave and fridge. there is a water, tea and coffee station in the lobby area. there's also an ice machine. all of the staff are very courteous and professional. the breakfast was delicious and had many options. the view in the restaurant is lovely. the rooftop pool is amazing. parking is secure and there is an attendant monitoring so we felt safe parking the car there. the spa and the workers in the spa are wonderful. i can't find...
