That wasn't the most important quality for me but it can be a deal breaker for some. The towels were not all the same but they were all clean. Nothing bad to say besides check in was challenging. “Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. I was told that there were some "very important people" including judges expected to arrive and we might not be able to switch rooms. Advice to the young lady: never make a guest feel like……
