4/10 Poor

"Beautiful Hotel with poor service. We tried to use the hotel business computer but no one on staff had the password. Informed it was broken but the open page asked for a user name and password. We stayed for a week and our bed was made up only one time, one day we had no cleaning service or clean towels or in our room. I had to go to the front desk because no one answered the phone. I asked for towels, 30 minutes later I had to go back down to the front desk to ask for towels again, because once again no one answered the phone. There was sand all over the floor which was never vacuumed up the entire time we were there. We tried to get coffee from the kitchen one evening which we were told we don't fix coffee in the evening. I'm retired military and used to stay at Embassy Suites every time I went TDY. Judging this hotel's standards things have changed not in a good way."

"This property was awesome! Right on the beach. We didn’t have to lug our stuff in a wagon or drop off. We were right at the beach. It was private and nice. The townhouse was clean and well kept. The only drawback was the parking. You really can only park 2 large vehicles or may 3 small/medium vehicles. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready."

"We absolutely love staying at this condo and continue to come back year after year with our family. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and always feels like a true home away from home. The location is perfect — close to everything we enjoy in Destin while still offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.This has easily become our favorite place to stay in Destin, and we fully plan to return time and time again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!"

"My family and I had a wonderful trip! The house was a great location for the beach, and our family (especially the kids) got tons of use out of the pool and outdoor space. House had everything we needed - plenty of beach and bath towels which was vital for a big group. Hosts were excellent communicators before, during, and after our stay (when we left something behind). "
