The 1-bedroom apartment with 40 square meters is suitable for 2 people, located in the first Floor and has a beautiful west facing balcony. The cozy apartment is equipped with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and two single beds in an alcove.

This cozy 1 bedroom apartment is located in the first Floor in a quiet location with balcony facing west.

Scharbeutz is south of the Bay of Lübeck, framed by hilly nature reserve of Holstein Switzerland, protected in a central bay location. There the Scharbeutzer promenade inspired by their natural dunes flair. The dunes mile invites you to stroll, shop and enjoy - all directly at the mild east! The white, sandy and gently sloping beach offers the optimal entry into the refreshing waters of the Baltic.
From the apartment is about 300 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and walking distance to the center of Scharbeutz. There you will find the redesigned dunes mile (pedestrian).
