Free parking just at the basement which is convenient for any travellers who drive. Yet, it was a bit hard to find the reception to check in and there was construction noise in the morning during our stay.」

「Verena was a great host. We had a large group and rented all the rooms. Everything was perfect in the house. As to location, it’s great. The train station is across the street. 「We loved our 2 nights here. While we chose the location for its proximity to Lucerne, Sarnen was a delightful surprise. The walking path into town was a fave and we enjoyed exploring. The apartment was well-equipped, including tons of pantry items and our host even offered us produce from his beautiful garden! There was lake access from the garden and we enjoyed a chilly dip in the lake! Host lives at the property and was easy to communicate with. Overall, highly recommend!」
