Apartment 'Dahoam - Vistasuite' with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

The Dahoam - Vistasuite vacation apartment is situated in a quiet location above Scena/Schenna and offers an impressive panoramic view of Merano/Meran and the surrounding mountains. The 43 m² accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), heating. Cooling and a satellite flat-screen TV. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace with dining area and sun loungers for relaxing. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with natural pool, outdoor shower, hot tub and barbecue is shared by all guests and invites you to relax and linger. An outdoor fitness station is also available for your daily outdoor workout. Twice a week, the wood-fired outdoor sauna can be used exclusively as a private spa upon advance reservation (for a fee). The communal laundry room with ironing board and iron (use of washing machine and dryer for a fee) is available to all guests.

There are two bus stops in the immediate vicinity (200 m away). All public transportation in South Tyrol can be used by our guests free of charge. The Dahoam Refugium vacation home is a perfect starting point for hikes. Both the Taser cable car and the Schenna Waalweg are in the immediate vicinity.



Restaurants and refreshment stops are just 700 m away on foot. The popular spa town of Merano is 6 km away and offers a wide range of sights, stores, restaurants, bars and cafés. The Merano 2000 skiing and hiking area can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as can the award-winning gardens of Trauttmannsdorff Castle.

Each apartment has a parking space on the property.



Pets, smoking and events are not permitted.



The minimum age of guests is 14 years.



Visitors are not allowed.



The accommodation has a step-free indoor area (in the apartment).



There are security cameras on the property.



Beach/pool towels are provided.



A breakfast roll service is available on request for an additional charge. The vacation home offers homemade/own products and has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles with an e-bike charging station.

The accommodation is equipped to save light and water, with geothermal heating, a heat pump, rainwater storage and a photovoltaic system.



The electricity in this accommodation is partly generated by its own photovoltaic system.
