「Très beau duplex tout confort situé en limite du quartier piéton d’Anvers donc accès assez facile (parking très proche) et proximité immédiate des plus jolis places et monuments d’Anvers. 「Voor aankomst appjes en sms’jes met vraag betaling te voldoen. Maar deze was al 1,5 week eerder door ons compleet voldaan. Verliep allemaal wat vaag. Locatie is goed en op zeer korte afstand is er een parkeergarage. In de wijk zitten supermarkt en lunchplekjes. Bij binnenkomst een hele smalle wenteltrap en een mini lift. Dit was voor ons oké, maar de trappenhal stonk wel erg bij binnenkomst, riool? Kamer is zoals op de foto’s! Sfeervol ingericht en een fijne keuken! Handdoeken 2 grote en 1...

"I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unacceptable. The hostel provides only a mattress, and guests must make their own bed. The room and bathroom smelled like smoke. Bunk beds were unstable — any movement on the top bunk caused loud creaking. Key cards often malfunctioned. These issues were tolerable compared to what happened next. When I returned at night, someone had taken my assigned bed and moved my belongings. I had checked in that afternoon and was clearly assigned a lower bunk. I made the bed and left some items there. The person in my bed didn’t speak English and insisted I was wrong — which I wasn’t. Shockingly, the front desk allowed them to change beds after check-in and even handwrote a new number on their card. This completely disregarded my booking. That person even claimed my belongings were theirs. I grabbed what I could and went to the front desk. Their solution? Move me to another room. I was forced to switch rooms without recovering everything — including my bed sheet and a backup phone. Staff said there was nothing they could do and had no extra bedding. Later attempts to retrieve my items failed — they said the person was asleep and couldn’t be disturbed. I ended up in a room with no sheets, missing belongings, and no support from staff. Letting another guest override my bed and ignoring theft is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this hostel poor management, zero accountability, and lack of security!"

"住宿地點離車站很近,附近也有超市,很方便,房間備品看需求取用,有附洗衣洗碗清潔錠茶包等等美中不足的是check out 後要拿寄放行李卻打不開密碼櫃, 公寓沒有櫃台,因為是上班日,所以可以在一樓辦公室(跟行李寄存同一層樓)找到員工,請他們幫忙開. 因此,若需要寄放行李,盡量選白天上班時間取行李,免得找不到人幫忙"
