「Bath tub reception staff really good and friendly let down by the restaurant staff very poor breakfast no bread」

「Big bed, large bathroom- spotless. Staff helpful and friendly Amazing view for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was ample and went down a treat. Pool looked amazing but had no time to try. Air in that area refreshes the lungs and very beautiful surroundings. Thank you.」

「What a stunning place! Sandrine greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The ensuite room was small but perfectly appointed for our stay. There was a lovely lounge with comfy sofas amd a TV. The outside space was beautiful, with ample seating for ourselves and other guests. We didn't take a dip in the pool but it looked so inviting. We will definitely be booking again for a longer stay just so we can try out the pool!! Oh and I can't not mention breakfast, fresh eggs, fresh pastries and...

「This property was fantastic. Great views. We had to leave early the next day and the staff dropped off a basket full of breakfast foods for us to take with us and prep before leaving as the buffet would not be open when we departed. Beyond what was expected of them.」

「Delightful Old European Palace Hotel with beautiful premises and absolutely awesome staff and an awesome breakfast buffet and great traditional Portuguese cuisine - in one of Portugal’s most undiscovered but magnificent mountaineous area with stunning ancient stone villages out of medieval movie - I can only recommend you take a couple of days to come visit this area and stay at this beautiful hotel」
