“We had one night at Alpdeluxe Appartments. It was the nicest accommodation we have had on this trip to Austria. Everything was new looking, super clean room, very comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. The room was like a studio apartment with full kitchen and its own balcony. The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. “The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out. However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in……
