Schöne Wohnung, großzügig geschnitten. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (Eierkocher, Toaster, Backofen keine Umluft ). Vermieter sehr freundlich. Großer Fernseher, W-Lan vollkommend ausreichend. Liegt zwar an der Bundesstraße, ist aber Nachts sehr ruhig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Nette Wohnung, alt, aber zuhiel Verkehr

Die Wohnung war direkt an einer Hauptstraße, bei welcher der Verkehr morgens ab 4 Uhr durchrast. Vielleicht sollte man das vorher wissen. Die Wohnung wurde lange nicht renoviert,was man im Bad am Duschkopf und in der Küche sah. Der Rest war schön eingerichtet. Die Betten - naja, für drei Nächte ging es Die Töpfe waren leider sehr schmutzig so das man erstmal spülen musste

Unterkunft für Berlinerkundigung

Ziel der Reise: Berlin und Umgebung zu erkunden Personen: Familie mit zwei Kindern (16/18J). Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen genutzt. Hierfür ist diese ideal gelegen. 12 Autominuten zum Regionalbahnhof "Falkensee" (Tarifzone C) (von dort fahren 4-5 Züge zum Berliner Hbf pro Stunde, Fahrzeit je nach Zugart 23-33 Min.), 4 Autominuten zum Bäcker/Supermarkt. Wohnung wie im Internet beschrieben, Küchenausstattung knapp ausreichend. HINWEIS: Die Wohnung ist älter, zum Schlafen/Kochen völlig ausreichend. Im Bad muffelt es, das will der Vermieter reparieren lassen. Dieses kann für empfindliche Nasen sehr unangenehm sein. Bitte vorher erkundigen, ob dieser Mangel behoben ist.

Günstige einfache Wohnung

Die Wohnung war gut zu finden und lag verkehrsgünstig. Bahn war nach kurzer Fahrt gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einfach, ein bischen Farbe könnte für mehr Gemütlichkeit sorgen. Fragen an den Vermieter wurden stets kurzfristig beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist ideal für alle, die eine günstige Wohnung suchen und mit einfacher Ausstattung zufrieden sind. Der in anderen Bewertungen angemerkt Geruch konnte von uns nicht festgestellt werden.

Enttäuscht

Die Wohnung war groß und geraümig, aber wir wurden nicht von den Vermieter begrüßt, der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss. Das Besteck und das Geschirr war mit Essensresten verschmutzt,auf dem Ceranfeld und im Backofen war noch angebranntes.In der Dusche lag eine Tote Fliege,das Rollo im Kinderzimmer ging das Rollo nicht runter,die Matratzenschoner waren sehr schmudelig ,war froh,daß wir eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei hatten.Die Tapeten löste sich auch von den Wänden.Es war auch schade,das kein "Leitfaden" z.B.vohin mit dem Müll( Mülltonnen), wo kann man in der nähe Einkaufen,etwas Essen gehen usw. Also für 40€ Endreinigung,sollte die Wohnung schon sauberer sein.Wir würden dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Nette Vermieter. Wir wünschen uns für die nachfolgenden Gäste, dass die dem Vermieter angezeigten Probleme mit der elektrischen Installation gelöst werden. Auch der Geruch aus den Abflüssen (Bad, Küche) war störend und an einem Tag/Nacht fiel die Heizung aus.

Ferienwohnung mit Mindestausstattung.

Wichtig: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive! Das steht im Kleingedruckten. Der Preis dafür 7€/Person! Die Wohnung hat große Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist aber sehr sehr einfach. In der Küche gibt es etwas Pfeffer, Zucker und Salz. Das war es an Gewürzen. Keine Küchenrolle, kein Backpapier, nichts extra. Die Möbel und gesamte Ausstattung ist vom billigsten und zusammengewürfelt. Vieles defekt (Rolladen Schlafzimmer, Steckdose Küche) oder sehr schräg installiert. In der Wohnung riecht es nicht gut. Es war warm und wir hatten den ganzen Tag die Fenster offen, aber der Geruch ging nicht weg. Auch die Handtücher riechen nicht gut. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist für die die Verbindung nach Berlin, sorgt aber auch für einen gewissen Hersteller Geräuschpegel - auch nachts. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal.

Das Bad stinkt !

Super Terasse, große Wohnung, wenn auch nicht ganz sauber, Einrichtung spartanisch, aber zweckmäßig, Betten in Ordnung. Großes Manko: Das Bad stinkt fürchterlich ohne erkennbaren Grund. Die einzige Möglichkeit dies zu ertragen und das Bad zu benutzen war permanente weite Öffnung des Fensters und diverse Raumsprays.

Ruime woning dicht bij Berlijn

Ruime en schone woning, voldoende voor een paar dagen Berlijn. Inrichting is basic maar netjes. Afstand naar Berlijn Spandau is ongeveer 15 minuten per auto. Tip: pak de metro vanaf station Zitadelle (U7). Op loopafstand kun je daar je auto gratis parkeren.

Unschöne Erfahrungen

Wir haben uns für die Ferienwohnung entschieden, weil die Lage und die Größe passend waren. Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber - die Oberflächen waren staubig, es hingen alte Spinnenweben und Staubfetzen in allen Ecken. Die entsprechenden Tierchen waren auch viel zu sehen. Das für uns unangenehmste war das Badezimmer - es roch extrem nach Abfluss. Ein Duftspray machte es auch nicht besser. Eigentlich wollte man diesen (wichtigen) Raum so schnell wie möglich wieder verlassen. Sehr schade - für alle die es sauber und hygienisch mögen sollten Abstand nehmen!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage

Ich hatte die Unterkunft für meine Eltern und Tante gebucht. Die drei haben die kleine Auszeit genossen. Die Unterkunft war einfach super, wurde mir mitgeteilt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Prima plek buiten Berlijn

Prima ruimte voor vier volwassenen, met eigen terras. Aardige ontvangst. Er loopt wel een drukke weg vlakbij. Trein op kwartier afstand met de auto. Hiermee is Berlijn centrum goed te bereiken. Bij late terugreis rijden er maar enkele treinen.
