An appartment full of privacy
We searched for an appartment to visit Berlin. This appartment in a quiet village nearby the station in Falkensee was so relaxed after an day in Berlin. The appartment has a lot of room and privacy and was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Unterkunft für Berlinerkundigung
Ziel der Reise: Berlin und Umgebung zu erkunden Personen: Familie mit zwei Kindern (16/18J). Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen und als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen genutzt. Hierfür ist diese ideal gelegen. 12 Autominuten zum Regionalbahnhof "Falkensee" (Tarifzone C) (von dort fahren 4-5 Züge zum Berliner Hbf pro Stunde, Fahrzeit je nach Zugart 23-33 Min.), 4 Autominuten zum Bäcker/Supermarkt. Wohnung wie im Internet beschrieben, Küchenausstattung knapp ausreichend. HINWEIS: Die Wohnung ist älter, zum Schlafen/Kochen völlig ausreichend. Im Bad muffelt es, das will der Vermieter reparieren lassen. Dieses kann für empfindliche Nasen sehr unangenehm sein. Bitte vorher erkundigen, ob dieser Mangel behoben ist.

Schöne Wohnung, großzügig geschnitten. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (Eierkocher, Toaster, Backofen keine Umluft ). Vermieter sehr freundlich. Großer Fernseher, W-Lan vollkommend ausreichend. Liegt zwar an der Bundesstraße, ist aber Nachts sehr ruhig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Ruime woning dicht bij Berlijn
Ruime en schone woning, voldoende voor een paar dagen Berlijn. Inrichting is basic maar netjes. Afstand naar Berlijn Spandau is ongeveer 15 minuten per auto. Tip: pak de metro vanaf station Zitadelle (U7). Op loopafstand kun je daar je auto gratis parkeren.

Unschöne Erfahrungen
Wir haben uns für die Ferienwohnung entschieden, weil die Lage und die Größe passend waren. Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber - die Oberflächen waren staubig, es hingen alte Spinnenweben und Staubfetzen in allen Ecken. Die entsprechenden Tierchen waren auch viel zu sehen. Das für uns unangenehmste war das Badezimmer - es roch extrem nach Abfluss. Ein Duftspray machte es auch nicht besser. Eigentlich wollte man diesen (wichtigen) Raum so schnell wie möglich wieder verlassen. Sehr schade - für alle die es sauber und hygienisch mögen sollten Abstand nehmen!
