"This hit all the marks on an amazing stay. First is the location: on the bay, overlooking a marina with views of Angel Island, San Francisco and the Golden Gate from the back patio. The ferry docks just a couple buidings away, so boating to the city is fast, affordable and convenient. Tom at the front desk hides his cape but is a superman, always willing to help in many ways. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is delivered to your room at the time requested; there is a coffee and tea bar on the floor; the wine reception is self-serve, so no minimal pours! It is a smaller property, with just a couple of dozen rooms, so it is quiet and well maintained. And they make fresh chocolate chip cookies mid-evening! After a day of hill climbing or other tourist activities, it was a dream to sit on the patio, watch the fog roll in and the sun setting with (one or so) glasses of wine and a lovely wife. It's a must book!!"

"Beautiful property! The staff was so helpful. We loved the amenities like being able to borrow a convertible Lexus for a few hours for a joyride and go see the scenic views. It was a very warm 80degree day when we stayed and unfortunately there is no AC in the room. But the staff did come and close the blinds/shades to help with that. There is a ceiling fan which helped too. It just was a warm night of sleep but I’m sure when it’s colder out it feels great."

"We loved this boat. So charming, comfortable and clean. And sleeping on it was incredibly peaceful with the gentle rocking of the tides. Maybe not somewhere I’d stay for more than a weekend because it is really more like glamping than it would be staying on a less historic vessel, but if you are a person who appreciates nautical craftsmanship and beautiful old things made and tended with care, you will love it! Unbeatable location with access to all of the best of Sausalito."
