“Room was smelly...smelled like mildew and felt damp, it was really unpleasant. Hotel itself was fine, clean, ok breakfast.”

“I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg. I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left……

“I had a different circumstance that required me to go down there a day earlier...I tried through Expedia to change my reservation but was not successful. I called the hotel directly and they were able to assist me so I ended up staying a day earlier and kept my reservation for the original night stay. Hope and the crew were amazingly understanding and helpful. I did not catch the name of the woman who made the breakfasts but when my kid came down, she checked in on her and she made sure she had……

“We had a nice stay but indoor pool is closed that should be stated on Expedia met another couple who drove 15 mi out pf route for indoor pool”

“The hotel needs to be remodeled. The pool was down. The carpet smells. There is a mildew smell. Staff were never at the front desk. There was only one hotel cart. Only one elevator that barely fits the cart. They also advertised a hot tub that did not exist. Also, I was told they had cribs or playpens, and they have not had any for over 4 years.”

“I did one overnight stay with my boyfriend and one year old. Unfortunately the pool was out of service, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We drove in to Columbus, which was 10 minutes down I 10 towards Houston to go to a steakhouse and popped into their Hound song brewery for an appetizer and beer. Very easy location to access off of the interstate and close to gas stations, fast food, and Dollar General.”

“Grass was not cut in the back of the motel, gave an unkept look. The room had drastic temp changes. Clerk was nice. The breakfast was as expected.”

“Was a descent hotel, stayed 2 nights with my kiddo and it was okay. Room had a window unit type of a/c where all of the controls were and it was very humid in the room, difficult to get comfortable temperature. Room was pretty clean. Comforter and towels appeared to be old, could definitely be replaced with new linens and towels. Overall, was safe and quiet and staff was very friendly.”

“The check in was super simple. The place was so cute and clean. We loved our stay. The only thing was the shower is definitely not made for tall people, which we both are. It does have a removable shower head so we did make do. Otherwise it was a 10/10 stay.”

“I saw bed bugs. they were waiting outside the door waiting for us to leave and we still had a few hours before having to be out of there. plus a man and woman walked into the room while we were still there.”
