Great place. No elevators 😞. Great food but it is Italian we had just come from Italy. Great stag. Beautiful property. Better check-in directions. Small parking lot but close by and secure. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice staff and big rooms. There was some work being done on the wall behind the toilet but they compensated us with free breakfast every day. Having a store attached to the building was great. Public transportation in the area is difficult and there's not a lot of selection for restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was horrendous. So rude. I speak German and they still treat me poorly. I can only imagine how they treat others. No air conditioning, tv didn’t work, bathroom made weird noises all night. Would never recommend

A smile would be nice

The facility is nice and convenient but the staff leaves you cold. We arrived before 3 PM and was treated with disdain and a “how dare you arrive early attitude”. Anyway came back at 3 to be checked in by someone who seemed to be doing it for the first time. At this time we learned that free local transport was provided with room, which could have been helpful earlier. On checkout was told we hadn’t paid, so had to go into bag to find our receipt.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Hotel mit traumhaftem Panorama und guten Frühstück. Leider verfügt das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage wodurch sich unser Zimmer bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur aufgeheizt hat und Schlafen selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht angenehm war.

Leider ist das kein reines Nichtraucher Hotel, da der Nachbar auf dem Balkon rauchte , konnte man noch nicht mal das Fenster offen stehen lassen. Frühstück war okay ,allerdings nicht wirklich so gut. Kein Fahrstuhl im Hotel und das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ist nicht mehr das Geld wert.

満足！

部屋からノイシュバンシュタイン城が見えて、すごく雰囲気が良かったです。 目の前に美味しいチーズ専門店もあります。ホテルの方も皆親切です。 エレベーターはありません。
