For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Bruck a.Z Altes Feuerwehrhaus" 3.5 km, railway station "Schlitters a.Z Bahnhaltestelle" 5.4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 6 km, bathing lake 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 5 km, gondola lift 5.5 km, skisport facilities 5.5 km, ski bus stop 3 km, sled run 6 km. Nearby attractions: Freizeitzentrum 8 km.
